Swapping front seat cushions

Has anyone swapped their front seat cushions? Driver side is about toast but the pass side is pristine. Mine are manual, not electrically controlled so I was trying to save a few $$$.

Probably not as they are usually cut a bit different from each side. Though you may want to get a quote form an upholstery shop, I know sometimes if the seat covers are good they can refoam it for you.

I'm assuming that Toyota sells both foam cushions for the seat so I'll inquire into it. I did this on my landcruiser, hence the assumption. I really should just take apart both seats to see what the big differences are since I have manual cloth seats.
