Have the links been shipped out? You told me they would be sent out on Friday but I haven't received any kind of confirmation or tracking info. Plus I noticed that you deleted the other thread that we were all ordering from and revived his old one... Please let me know
Why did you delete the group buy thread?
*It's the buyers responsibility for securing any loose parts when the links are removed*
What exactly does this mean?
So have there been any issues with letting it flop around? Just wondering why exactly you had to post that disclaimer? I do a lot of extremely remote camping, so breaking stuff needs to be kept to a minimum because it could be a life or death situation... Is there something I should be aware of?Means you're in charge of securing the actual sway bar when completely disconnected. Some people let it flop around, some tie it up, and some only disconnect one side. It's your choice on how you run it.

Thanks. I only have the front disconnects so I shouldn't have much of an issue.Nothing that I'm aware has ever happened. It's just one of those cover your ass kind of things. The front on yours will never be completely disconnected so that's not an issue. In the rear with our sway bars being mounted to the axle rather the frame it is a bit different. If you disconnect both sides in the rear it'll flop around, and you'll hear it. If you leave one side connected the other will move the exact same way. You could run into interference going this route, but I know quite a few that run it that way issue free.

Also, any tips for getting the pins in and out? Mine are extremely tight. Like can't remove or insert by hand.
I would like some rears for my 4th gen. Hope all is well
jumping in for 4th gen fronts when you get back to it. Wanted to get in the thread so I get the updates.
Great work!
Any chance of getting this style of disconnect for the 3rd gen?NEW 4TH GEN, 5TH GEN, AND FJ CRUISER FRONT DISCO'S!

Hmm, since I currently 4wheel with just one front link disconnected, I thought for sure that a design like the 5th gen disco's would work. Thanks though! Not like this. The 3rd Gen has a completely different set-up in the front.
