PelfreyBilt winch mount & F55
Thanks for that LawnDart. The photos on the PelfreyBilt website don't show much, like how it attaches and what materials and shapes provide the strength of the mount. Do you have any photos of your build? It's not cheap either, at $575. It's a lot to spend on something that's not illustrated or described well. Here's a link to Pelfreybilt:

A photo of your Factor 55 Flatlink attached to the cable or rope would be great. I can't quite picture how these work.
Edit: There's a photo of the F55 Flatlink installed on the website. I assume it takes a shackle to tie it into a strap or other cable wrapped around a rock, tree or another vehicle.
How did you get a copper-brown 4Runner? I've never seen that color on a T4R before. It's great! I'd buy one of these if I thought they were available.
