Swing out tire carrier

Hey guys, I've been googling a tire carrier on the back that swings out and haven't really found anything that isn't above 1k+$....

I realize you need an aftermarket bumper that can handle the weight of the tire and maybe some jerry cans but is there a highly rated bumper + tire carrier combo that doesn't scratch the 1k ceiling?

I haven't modded my 4runner yet as I just got it, but I want to go on some trails and figure this is a good mod to get some clearance.

For swing-outs, most of them intrude into that $1000 range. I believe I saw one at around the $700 range and I just looked and didn't find it but I'll keep by eye out for it.
[MENTION=55891]Bandit Runner[/MENTION] sells bumper plans(Here) and is working on a swing-out design to add on to it so that may be something to keep in mind.

My Savage rear bumper was sub-$1k (not by a lot though). However they aren't currently selling the swing-out as it is being redesigned. If you can wait for the redesign to release they make great stuff.

Really though you don't need to mod your 4Runner to get out and enjoy it. I wheeled mine bone stock for awhile before I really got mod-happy. I just left the hitch on and used it as armor.
