Got mine Monday, put it on my Blue Ridge sunvisor organizer, finally got a picture of it. Its awesome!

How are people securing these. Is just the patch by it self velcroed to the headliner enough? Or are people using the provided backing as well?

Yeah, velcro-backed patches (without using the removable loop piece) still reasonably well to the headliner. You just have to give them occasional "refresh presses".
