Tacoma skid plate question

Does anyone know :
Will this skid plate still fit if you decide to put a front grill guard on? Thanks.

im not postive but dealing with older cars you should be able to fit both! the tacoma skid plate i believe mounts on to the tow hooks. on other cars ive dealt with that i put a bar on the front they were mounted to the frame, nmot the tow hooks. but again im not sure.

I don't think the combo works on 3rd gens.
