My drivers side tail light on 1990 4Runner isn't working. Assumed it was straight bulb replacement. However, upon opening things up I see that the bulb is good (actually tested it on the other side). Wiring and connections etc all look good. Tail light fuse is good as well. Any suggestions on what to check.
