Tail light problem

Ever since i installed HIDs, my rear licence plate lights, upper brake light, and rear wiper does not work.

I checked all bulbs, all are fine, and i checked "tail 10a" fuse and "RR wsh15" fuse and are fine also.

please help, its a daily driver and I do not want a ticket for not having functioning licence plate lights.

Have you tried removing the HIDs and reverting back to stock (Halogen) setup?

Does your HIDs use a wiring harness? IIRC, most ballasts accept the 9006 connector, but they are in reverse polarity. Don't know if that could be causing the issue.
