Tailgate window switch help needed

My tailgate keyed window switch has worn out, rendering the key operation unusable. OEM and aftermarket parts are unavailable. Anyone have a work around to fix it? Thanks in advance.

worn out as you turn the key and nothing happens? You could try to disassemble it and see what you can find, but realistically the only option might be getting a key and lock from a junkyard.
