Takata Airbag Recall class action - will Toyota do anything?

First off, is toyota even doing anything about these recalls in non-humid areas (I am in dry eastern WA)? Last I heard it was only in certain parts of the country where they would even do anything.

Decided to finally look into the stuff I was mailed about the Takata Airbag Recall and class action. Went to the URL and answered the 3 questions.

You can try, but they're not obligated per the wording of the settlement.

My 4runner spent much of its life in southern california and now resides in southern utah. I had mine replaced last year under warranty.

When I brought my 2016 TEP in last year for routine maintenance and inquired about the recall / replacement, I was told my vehicle wasn't included.

I also got the card in the mail and my answer to the survey question seemed to disqualify me.
