Not blacked out but they are black and safer than tint. :)

Those look really nice with that color!....Here is something else you might be interested in. I ended up replacing my turn signal bulbs, in the front and rear, with these chrome bulbs. They still blink amber, as bright as a normal bulb, but just don't show up as yellow. Check out this thread. I had posted some pics towards the end.

Well, I'm glad I ordered those black Depo tail lights this morning.... I was just visiting my girlfriend and we went out for subs at 1 in the morning. Backing out of the parking lot, while looking behind me, I turned into a phone pole. It was in the shadows and I didn't see it because of the C and D pillar blind spots. Now I need my sheet metal straightened, a new bumper cover, and a new tail light.... F*CKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!

Ooh, thats a bummer. The roof rack I have came with a Cherokee I had bought earlier this year with those fog lights mounted on there. I wired them up in the runner when I installed it so I didn't have "dummy" lights up there. They have saved me on a couple occasions so far though. I was leaving a bonfire, put the runner in reverse and looked, saw nothing with the back up lights. I turned on those fogs and saw a small car about 3 feet behind me that i would have hit without a doubt!

Plus they are a good tailgate deterrent :naughty:

Lol. I want those lights! It was just on my rear corner and I didn't see it. :(. Wonder how much this will be!
 
Not sure of the spelling but Ducmonsta has a cool reverse lighting solution in his build thread. He mounted some flush mount Rigid lights in his bumper. Looks really nice!

Exactly! But it looks like someone hit me, so I'm all good! Haha. Same like when this happened... I hated the sad look of my truck :(. Dumb blonde ran a stop sign on my way to school last September... Good morning!!! I just noticed an emerging pattern here....

True! somewhere out there someone JUST did the exact same thing as you except on the drivers side.

Back to the original point of this thread though. I believe emelianenkov found the quickest way to get the taillights apart and the bezels out. :bigok:
