Hey everyone,

Alissa here - I just picked up a new 2017 SR5 4Runner (my second one), and my third Toyota. I traded my 2015 out for a 4x4, and I have zero regrets. I'll start with a picture of my old 4Runner, followed by the new one.

And here's the new one:

As you can see, I have a long list of wants...lol.

My SR8 Stealth Custom Series wheels, and new Cooper STT Pro tires transferred as part of the sale, and a new lift/level was installed. I went with the FJ ReadyLift, and I'm sure I'll upgrade that in the future. The old Frontrunner Roof Rack went with the old truck.


I have a TON of huge plans for this truck and I can't wait to build it up. It will also be attending the Overland East Show in Asheville, NC with me. Is anyone going to that show?

Looks great!! Such a pain to start over with the mods though...been there! You just wish you can flip a switch and get there instantly!

They did indeed! They are some good guys over there. I love the Coopers, this is my second set and I felt like the first set wore really nicely. I have 285/70R17s. They definitely rub, I cut the bumper, but it's whatever.

Thanks for the kind wishes with Irma...the most recent track has it coming closer to the west coast now. I should install a snorkel, haha.

When I wrap the truck, I think I'm going to do that - although I'm looking at winch bumpers, sooooo it might be pointless if I'm gonna cut it away anyway lol

First mod, aside from the wheels, tires and lift... XenonHID headlight/fog light swap!

I went with the H11 in 5000k kit for the low beams, and the H16 5000k for the fogs - I used the relay harness. They match well and the output increase is awesome.

Lots of things to update on... the truck sustained some accident damage, roughly $4,000. So there's been a bit of a delay on some things - but not others!

3M Supreme Wrap by Redline Design (stand by for more...)

I took the truck to Overland East and had an absolute blast.

And this is from a recent meet up at Citrus.

I have a C-4 Fabrication bumper on the way, and the 10,000lb winch just arrived the other day. I'm getting ready to order some more goodies, as well.

Annnnnd I'm back. Trying to figure out resizing these pictures, sorry in advance.

Took a little trip a few weeks ago with the pup...

Then I broke the truck down to prep for the vinyl wrap being done by Redline Design - the wrap process took about a week in total.

I'm also super excited, I picked up the C4 bumper today from powder coat. I'm hoping to get that installed next week, along with the winch and BD light bar. I also just picked up a Snomaster fridge, I need to install a slide out and then I'll be eating popsicles forever.

Thanks, I'm glad I did it early on so the paint is protected for the life of the vinyl. As for my color, it's 3M Matte Dark Gray - Redline Design in Tampa did the wrap for me...Justin can give an accurate estimate based on material, coverage, and vehicle.
