TE Mileage

I know we didn't buy our TE's for the mileage, but many use them as daily drivers. What kind of mileage are you all getting?

Here are my results over the first 6 weeks and 2300 miles when I remembered to reset and check everything:

I am happy with the mileage, which is mostly a mix of city and highway. Computer seems to be very accurate except for first comparison. I have been babying the TE especially for the first 1000 miles and usually keep it at 70mph and below. No towing or rooftop carrier use yet, but A/C has been in use for the last 2 weeks or so.

wow good numbers...with a combo of city and hwy driving im only at 15.0 after 3 fillups... though the number continues to get higher and higher the more i drive it

you should reset your count, i'm getting ~15.8 after mounting much heavier tires. prior to that i has getting 18-19.

Yeah, I was getting about 16.3 with 265 KM2's, but it just jumped up to 16.7. That includes trails. Not sure if the recent warm up is responsible for rapid mpg improvement, but I suspect it is even higher than 16.7 now.

I am getting 19-21 some city mostly 55 mph commute to work. Mostly flat area. Much better then my 08 Tacoma.

In my original post, I forgot to mention that where I live (NW Houston) is as flat as a board. We consider highway overpasses to be hills.

Old School Average (OSA) at the pump = 19 mpg

New TE with stock tires and only around 350 miles on it. Did a half tank refill.

How many miles can you go on a full tank? Just curious what you're seeing?

good luck with the transaction - you will love it. shoreline blue was my second choice, but I opted for the low contrast look of gray with the black trim

my range after fillup is a little over 400 miles

the other day mine said 385. i'm at ~900 miles or so. mostly city driving.
