Hello I'm thinking about changing my tensioner pulley assembly on my 2003 4.0 because I've changed an older pulley and belts twice but there's this annoying chirping/squealing sounds that continues to come back. This is usually after heavy rain and for example when I intentionally wet it it'll squeal like hell. So to fix the problem for the last couple of months since it's been cold out I put a scoop of flour on the belt. And that shuts up for about a week or two. But now that summer is coming around and the humidity will take over I want to replace it so I want advice for anyone that's had this problem. Should I change the pulley on the tensioner or the whole tensioner assembly? Thanks for reading

Toyota made the new assemblies without the ability to just remove the pulley so you will have to replace the whole assembly.
You replaced only the pulley on your tensioner? How did it work? Did it quiet down the belt squeals?
