Ok yeah now it's time to get creative. If you can get a small chisel in there to bite at 90° and hammer on it that can break it loose. And I imagine you've got penetrating oil on the back side/thread area? (NOT just WD-40 as that doesn't penetrate, it's only Water-Displacment)

You want to try and spin the bolt by hammering it perpendicular. Something like this:



Also wanted to add as a final straw you could just drill the head off the bolt with a 90° air drill

Thanks for the replies guys. I ended up talking with Magnuson and turns out you can order the bolts and brackets directly through them. I paid $60 for the bracket and $5 for the bolt. I was double checking through all my parts yesterday and realized I ordered the wrong bolt. I think I needed the 70mm and not the 130mm. I'm going to call first thing Monday and have them add the 70mm to my order. Should be here late this week and I'm hoping to get the supercharger installed next weekend before I drive it across the country!!

Thanks for the replies guys. I ended up talking with Magnuson and turns out you can order the bolts and brackets directly through them. I paid $60 for the bracket and $5 for the bolt. I was double checking through all my parts yesterday and realized I ordered the wrong bolt. I think I needed the 70mm and not the 130mm. I'm going to call first thing Monday and have them add the 70mm to my order. Should be here late this week and I'm hoping to get the supercharger installed next weekend before I drive it across the country!!

Thanks for adding this, if you get the 70mm bolt part number post it up, I'll add it to the OP. Now to see if they will see throttle gaskets. Toyota wants $35 for one.

TRD gen 1 SC: Can I get a quick confirmation that the vacuum hose attached to the bypass valve should reconnect at the barb on the elbow? The line circled in the picture

I sent my SC to a rebuild shop, and for whatever reason it came back with the hose connected to the barb on the top rear of the intake body (roughly 10 o'clock in the circle)

Shoot, that's what I was trying to avoid ... I don't plan on going back to a non supercharged T4R, but just as a safety cushion I'd rather not chop up that TB bracket just in case I need to remove the SC and put back the stock manifolds. It's time for me to man up and just learn how to fabricate stuff lol. Thanks for the response Volkinator, good luck with the house and your other projects!

I did the same thing. Just cut the tabs off my factory one and welded them to a plate. You can always go buy a factory bracket if you go back to stock.

You really want to call Magnuson...$130 for the dynamic tensioner kit (relocation brackets and bolts) and the dynamic tensioner is much much less if you buy that separately but if you are coming from an older bracket then you need the kit first time around (once the bearing wears out, just replace that for $15)

URD does not have any available, nor does Gadget know when they will have them again. He was happy to charge my card $800+ while talking to him the phone and placing my order with him directly. Then the next day, after inquiring on tracking, he told me they are "searching the world for a computer chip" to start building them again. He hung up on me twice when trying to ask him if I could get an "estimate" on when they would start producing them again. He became extremely rude and defensive.

So if anyone has one for sale, I will buy it

I have good news for you though, I have a 75% complete urd 7th injector kit that I will sell to you relatively cheap, you will have to track down the various little things to make it complete.

The URD PCM from it has a date from 2008 on it.
7th injector with gasket, mounting bolts, injector harness and fuel line.

These are the wires coming out of the pcm

I needed to get a separate calibration box to make it work with my 97 5spd, I opted to get a new kit.

I had no idea some were for 02 trucks and other for afr sensor trucks. Why wouldn't they work on one another. Can they be wired up differently per vehicle.

A afr sensor produces a different amount of voltage compared to a narrow band O2. The split second manipulates the voltage. So u need the right one or it will manipulate the voltage signal incorrectly.

Does this fit a 04 manual taco with a 1st gen charger? Im piecing together my supercharger right now and just about to put this thing on, but fuel upgrades sound good before I do so.
