2008 V8 Limited - No lift, rolling on stock sized Duratrac's (265/65/17).

Yes front mud flaps are off. Also my Caster was pushed out to 5° Recently so No Rubbing anymore on Fender because Pep Boys Refused to do alignment the way I wanted in regards to Caster. Had a Bad Rub on passenger side.

Is it just me, or do these spacers make the front tires stick out more than the rear? Anyone know why?

I had a spindle lift on a 5lug tacoma eons ago and didn't care for the front tires sticking out more than the rear...

It took a day longer than expected, but two torched-off cam adjustment bolts later it was worth it. I need to get it cleaned up, but that will have to wait a few days. I'm heading up to Colorado (like...now) to do some camping and wheeling for a few days.

this is a great thread! thanks to all posting pics of their 4th gen with these sick looking wheels. i'm about to get a pair of matte black for my silver '07. found a dealership that is selling them at $165 per wheel!

I ended up doing the budget lift with the Springs from a FJ cruiser and a set of Bilstein 5100s. Tire size is 265/70/17 General Grabber AT2

Really digging this set up, just picked up a shadow mica as well. If you dont mind me asking, what do you perch do you have the bilsteins set at? This looks like what I'm going for, DD for me and the fam as well. Thanks!

-TRD 17x7 wheels
-275/70R17 Falken Wildpeak A/T3W 114S C/6 Ply Tires
-stock height until the front bilstein 5100 shocks show up then going up 3" front and rear
-obviously there's some rubbing on the fender and liner but nothing the lift and a little trimming won't fix.

I have an 08 sr5 2wd and I am getting ready to install the 1" Daystar front level kit. I then want to upgrade from 16" oem wheels to a set of TRD 17" black wheels if I can find a set and add some 265/70/17 AT tires. This is all I intend to do with the leveling kit to get rid of the rack and upgrade the wheels. I also want to avoid having to push the liner or remove mud flaps. Will this setup work?

I've seen different styles of TRD wheels available, but is there a particular TRD spec I need to reach my goal?
