The EPIC Shrockworks Group Buy = Finished. Total of 26 Shrockworks Products ORDERED!

Anyone with bumpers did you guys get charged the other 50% yet?

I just noticed I got charged the remaining 50% today, and I was under the assumption that we'd get charge the rest of the amount once our product is finish.

I hope this means my bumper is finish in an insane amount of time, I have emailed Mark about this.

Already got a reply, my bumper is being powder coated and will be shipped next week!

Less than 2 months (8 weeks) and was expecting 12 weeks, I'm amazed.
 
I ordered my winch bumper for a 3rd gen about a month before this group buy was on here. I have still not recieved mine or have a shipment day or even a expected finish day. After a call to Shrockworks my bumper was pushed back and was not given any work done to it due to this group buy. I paid full price for mine and my order was pushed back so the company didnt not have to give the guys of this group buy and additon 10% off the initial 10% off. I was aware of the extensive wait for it to be made and shiped out, but to be put off is unacceptable. I am very dissapointed with this situiation, very poor buisness managment in my oppinion. The quality of this product better be worth this frustration and unacceptable wait time.

dirtbike, it is not because of this group buy. We have not made 3rd gen front bumpers in a couple months. There are two in the group buy and they have not shipped either. The older 3rd gen front bumper orders will be shipping in about 3-4 weeks.

We've been waiting on the laser cut parts as usual. In 3 more weeks, we'll have our new press brake and will be able to make the parts ourselves.

5th gen sliders just delivered. 6 weeks to the day since I put my request in here.

Have to do a honey do this weekend and run the gas out of the tank then install. Pics will follow after wash. Recents snows have left the 4R a mess.

Will those two 3rd gen bumpers ship before mine, when the call was made I was told the order from this website was complete and they where at the powder coaters.
 
The orders for the 4th gen 4Runner bumpers were done and at the powder coat shop, not the 3rd gens. It's not a matter of this group buy having priority over anybody else, it's the product that was ordered, parts availability and timing. We'll end up making a bunch at the same time once the parts get here. Looking at the schedule, yours will end up getting made the first week after the parts get here. We should be able to make enough that week to cover the 2 group buy orders also.

Well im still confused about whats been done, when the call was made I was told the whole order was done with the last of them at the powder coater. With posts on here saying a 4th gen bumper was shipped yesturday. Also i made a call about a month ago and was told the parts where cut waiting on fabrication, also got the estimated shipment before Christmas so i dont know where these expected completions are all about or whats been done.

My grandfather the great 1st gen "GoAnywhere" God rest his soul, would have had your ass for this! I kid you not!

You put the 4th gens first. Those pansies need atrac, vtrac, etc , etc just to leave home. When they get their tires wet they run back home!

Back when I was young we had to go uphill 20 miles in 20 feet of snow to fill our tanks. These pansy 4th gens have their gas delivered I bet.

Mark, just remember, the next time you put us 3rd gens last we, and our fathers blazed the trails for the pansies.

Wow , nice reply as usual form you guy's !

You don't offer any apology to the guy whose money you gladly took to make what he ordered , and I'm sure you never told him that it will take forever to get his bumper either .

I've read about all the excuses you give people , but never an apology for your poor service to your customers !

IIRC you were getting your own laser cutter to speed up production , and now your waiting on a press brake . So why do you continue to take everyones money and orders if you can't produce what you sell ?

I was seriously thinking of purchasing some sliders & Bumper from you , but after reading another reply from you and your continued poor excuses for simply not being able to keep your promises , I'll look to another company that's not in the habit of taking the full amount up front and telling the customer too bad you'll get it when we send it !:rant:

Doesn't everyone know about the long lead times for stuff from Shrockworks? I know its not a secret. :lol:I still probably will end up getting a front bumper from Shrockworks because of the quality and style, assuming I like the 5th Gen design. That is why I went with the sliders from Shrockworks.

People seem to think their product is so great , that all the lies they've been told does not matter .
