Got the bumper on.

About to order some shrockwork sliders + piaas.

Also got a winch coming in from another shop.

So broke, lol.
 
I dunno I buy for a group a lot and their customer service seems sketchy at best. After reading some of the posts I see group buyers have precedence over single buyers. That's a terrible way to do business. I was going to buy for a group but it doesn't seem worth it, always excuses coming from them on here. Seems I should go to China to get a bumper. At least they would ship and deliver when promised.

There was no need for excuses. Everything shipped on time.

I do not remember the exact date I ordered. It was the day RonnieRocks sent the email out that the deal was done. It was getting close to the 3 months and I was hoping they would be late so I would get a further discount but no luck.

The thing is though is this.. Shrockworks is well known for long delivery times. This is no big secret. If you order from them you know this so why complain? If timely delivery is important to you go ARB.

I ordered the CBI rear bumper around the same time. I got it in a month or so. I am just getting around to installing it this weekend. I planned well in advance so long delivery times do not matter to me.

I do understand your frustration but you must have known about Shrockworks delivery times before you ordered.

I hope it all works out for you and want to see pics when you get and install your bumper!

Dirtbike, this is getting old. You have been told end of Feb since the first call after the order was placed online. Your father and I already discussed this. It is even in this post back a few pages. Your bumper will be shipping tues-wed of next week, so yes we are going to miss what we told you by one week, and that is not good or acceptable, but your claim that you have been getting all kind of lies and dates reset is simply not true.

I have not heard any complaints about Shrockworks after their products are delivered.

Does this indicate they have good customer service regarding installation, broken parts, after delivery issues?

Does anyone know?
 
We will replace anything that has a defect as long as you own it. We will even replace or fix anything that get significantly damaged offroad.

Scratches and dings would not qualify. A bent slider tube or a big dent in a slider tube or a bumper in a visible place would.

If you wheel hard enough, you can bend anything, so this is a very generous policy.

If you dont like it when you get it, for any reason, just send it back for a full refund. If it's because there is something wrong with it, we will pay shipping both ways. If you just changed your mind or decided it wasn't for you, we will refund everything except shipping.

Went this weekend to pickup my bumper & winch from the US delivery business that I use.

Bumper is very nicely packaged. Impressive! My buddy and I quickly disassembled the unit, took off the two lag bolts and slid the bumper into the back of the SUV. Initial review says everything is there!

If I get the right price I will have it installed by a shop in the next couple weeks. Otherwise it'll by DIY when it warms up around here (-29C this am...geez for March?!)

Finally got my shipment confirmation! Does the PIAA lights come in the crate the bumper is being shipped in?
