The hose to seafoam?

I seafoam off the brake booster hose (as shown the pic) and have exceptional results.

Yes, that is ONE place you can put the seafoam. There is no right/wrong answer here, more a question of personal preference. I like this hose because it is easy to get to, and provides results.

Wow, amazing stuff. I`ve ran cans in my gas a couple times but cant really tell if it did any good. Never the brake booster line method tho. Going to pick up two more cans. Before my next oil change will run it in the crankcase. I notice a HUGE difference after running it thru the brake line. Pings and ticks are gone. Truck runs silent again. Throttle response is instant.

My neighbor is a cop. Came running down to my house from all the smoke. Told him about seafoam and i think he`s going to try it. olice:

Haha, sorry, that's funny. Seafoam is an age-old product that helps dissolve carbon deposits and buildup in an engine. In order to work, it has to get sucked into the engine in liquid or aresol form. There are many methods of doing this, which is what the OP asked. He wanted to know which vacuum line was the best to introduce the Seafoam into the engine.

Never heard any, I just wouldn't drown your system in it, I think 4 cans at once might be a little excessive but if it worked I guess not

I had a CEL come on when i seafoamed. ( I did it twice over two days) Reset it via the battery and hasnt come back on.

I would pick some up tomorrow but do I want to deal with trying to get the Runner to start for 20 min? I guess I could just add some to the tank and see what happens? I think I've seen the stuff for years at pretty much every store but I never knew what it did until now. Worth a shot unless someone answers the question before mine with a bad word.
