my dad has that same 6x6 for his farm! you're the only other person I've come across with one also. they're worth their weight in gold haha

Ended up doing some maintenance today- oil and filter change, front and rear diff fluid change, and transfer case fluid change. I used the AMSOIL Severe Gear oil (I also used this with my 2008 FJ).
I ended up doing something today that will likely make me have to get a new canister...
A few months back when I went to do my 1st oil change I noticed the drain plug was sealed tight. Ended up changing the filter and big O ring only. An awesome member on here gave me the idea on how to take off the seized drain plug bolt. Today I ended up getting the bottom plug out and all was good until my torque wrench was miscalobtard. I thought it was getting tighter than the 10 lbs of torque, but the wrench wasn't clicking. Eventually the bolt popped and started to spin looser without ever stopping.
I checked it multiple times (shaking it with fingers and tightening)- no oil leaks. I driven it for approximately 50 miles and three trips since changing the oil and no leaks. My lift kit should be coming in soon so I'll recheck then. Hoping she'll be straight until the next oil change when I change the canister!
I must say, it is REALLY nice having the military hobby auto shop at my disposal for $7.50/hr.

I installed my lift over the past couple days. All in all it was straight forward. Ended up cross threading my lower rear shock bolt. That took a hot minute to get a rap and thread it. Here are some before and after pictures. Keep in mind that the after pics have my new tires in the back so it's being sagged.
I plan to let everything settle this week and when I retighten I'm going to lift the front a little more. I'm waiting on my tire instal and alignment. I WISH we had a shop that did them by appointments!

Eielson? I met my wife in North Pole; her parents still live there. I love that area, but am not willing to put up with the winters anymore.

Got my tires put on this weekend and the alignment done. Unfortunately my traction control button is permanently on now... I took off the front mud flaps, and will be taking off the rear and and doing fender mod tomorrow. I ordered some ext lugs for my spacers. So when they come in this week I'll raise the front end some more and to level it out while the wheels are off. Here's how she sits right now.
Went riding today with some buds. Having a post ride beer I had to admire the whip!
