Well, TRS just finished my headlamps and sent me a few pictures. They did a great job. Thanks Val and Andrew! There was one little hiccup from the oven and i wanted to get everyones opinion on whether that tab is comprimised or if it will still hold.

I got FXR Stage III
E-46 extended
Osram 66240 CBI bulbs
H11 relay harness
Morimoto 3Five D2S ballasts

Here are the pics: The last photo shows the tab that got distorted in the oven, he tried to straighten it but i wanted to know from you guys here whether now the integrity is shot. Thanks

That tab should be fine.

I had one damaged in shipping and much worse off than that. It still doesn't budge.

Not to worry, that arm does not secure the light. The square opening receives a plastic guide pin from the grille, and the round hole on top receives one of those pins from the shroud. Worst case you could reshape them with a heat gun.

Nice looking lights. "You're gonna like the way you look, I guarantee it."

Awesome, thanks guys appreciate the responses. Should be getting them installed here in a week or so and will post pictures.
