The search is off!

Well today after looking at 2 more Runners, I came home with one. Found a private owner selling a 2000 4WD SR5. Looked great in the pictures, so I decided to give it a look after driving 90 miles round trip to look at a Runner that was destroyed. The owners were very nice and took very good care of the Runner. It's Silver with Blue/Gray Interior, and has 114,950 miles. Listed for $7,500, I walked away with it for $6,500. It has a nice aftermarket stereo deck and a combined subwoofer/amp combo that fits under the front seat and sounds surprisingly good. Husky Liners complete the clean interior. It has one small problem area on the tailgate, but for the price and for the vehicle, it's just a small problem.

Overall it looks great, drives great and I love it so far.

Better pictures to come tomorrow. I'll go crazy and probably take to many pictures but oh well. I'm too excited.

I tested it during the test drive to make sure it worked, but I haven't gone off roading with it....

no kidding. pulled up to a stop light next to a 4th gen who had just passed me. we both had our back windows down. He gave me a thumbs up. :fro:

I'll take some more pics when it stops raining. I have to go transfer the title, get new tags/plates and insure it today. So far i'm loving it. Best decision I've made regarding a vehicle in a long time.
