Slow, mild build thread. Bought the Yank' in March of this year with 136k miles. A 2005 V8 Limited 4x4. She was a NJ truck, hence the name. Bought her because well...my 1st gen (Dubbed the Warrior) has 291k on her and her time as a daily driver had come to an end. Still have her, not selling anytime soon so no offers please, heh. Anywhoo. When I bought the Yank', she had a shot XREAS system, kaput. Some bilstein 5100s solved that. She also has the oh so common cracked manifold. I got some Thorley headers enroute to solve that problem. Gonna be a pricey install, but ah well. Anyway, this is how she sits now, with the billes set at 1.75 in the front and a stock rear. Well, and some Plasti dip.

Plans for this relocated Union deserter as of may. Headers are in, so thats off the list.

Flowmaster muffler, want to give the 4.7 some crescendo!
255/75/r17 BFG Mud Terrain KM (Jeep take offs basically)
LED lightbar of some flavor
Front bumper of the heavy, steel, anti deer variety. Shrockworks?
Black out headlights
Black out emblems (or removal)
Debating plastidipping the rims, I kinda like the silver rims with black caps.

Looks nice. Getting stock systems give you a lot of options on upgrades or customizations.

Off with the running boards! Aka the "Damnit I just washed these pants" boards.

She has headers now, big improvment. Downside is that I can hear my noisy as ship power steering pump. Going to try some Lucas PS stuff and see if that helps.
Also dropped in some Poly front sway bar bushings to sort out some clunking.
