There It Is!

I'm proud that I own a Toyota as well, but let's not forget what GM, Ford and DC (less so than in years past) mean to the American economy. If GM goes under it would have a devestating effect on the U.S. economy. They are our biggest customer in our Automotive Division, which is a major part of our business, both with abrasives and tapes. If they go under, we would get hurt, badly. And our company is crucial to the economy doing well (3M) as evidenced by our membership in the Dow Jones 30.
Drive your Toyota with pride, but don't forget that our economy depends heavily on the big three's plants operating. I know Toyota manufactures in the U.S. but not to the scope the big three do.
My dream is to go to market and buy the car I like best and not be concerned with reliability and quality because the playing field will be even. GM has had greedy and arrogant management for the last 30 years that led to their downfall. 30 years ago they were further ahead than Toyota is now. Let's hope Toyota improves quality and holds that number 1 spot, because that's what it will take for them to hold on.
