It flashes "Moon roof open" on the dash too.

Is that an official Toyota document? Funny if it is because they have a typo that says "Locking Read Differential."
I just read every post in this thread. :nicethread:
I also just realized that the driver has a knee airbag. :wtf:
Haha I don't think I could pull off the latter. I think you do with the VSC button, correct?
Car Wash?No alarm for the rear hatch window sadly. Guess how I found that out?

This is the LSD button:
That's the rear e-locker, not lsd. No 5th gens have a lsd, although the 2wd have traction control they call either lsd or lockerThis is the LSD button:
You can also turn off the light in the dash display settingsIf you put the transmission into select drive it shuts off the Eco meter on the dash.
Ok, I walk out of the hotel and the valet hands me the key to my 2016 TRDP. As I walk up I Realize the dimmers and engine are on!
I ask the dealer if the vehicle has an autostart. Mechanics search and say no autostart. Vehicle window sticker did not mention an autostart.
Today I figured out that if I press the lock button on my basic Toyota key fob 3xs the engine starts and keeps running, unlike others who experienced engine cutoff upon entry into the vehicle.
Whatever....

How do I turn off the eco bar? I went to settings and set eco light to off however it's still there even if my setting says it is off.

Pretty sure it is not a genuine Toyota VIP remote start then. It is entirely possible the dealer installed a 3rd party remote start, some work with OEM fobs.
Unlocking or opening a door, pressing the brake pedal, taking the truck out of P, opening the hood, all kill the OEM remote engine start.
