That looks like a pretty solid vehicle to me. I'd try to negotiate the price a little, but honestly it's not that bad for a clean one owner with service records.
Just to put things in perspective, mine had 175k on it when I bought it. I put shocks and struts on it, but it didn't really make a huge difference. The bushings on the steering rack were worn out, and that did make a difference in the way it drove on the highway. I'm due for a new catalytic converter, but in this case I'd be willing to bet that's already been down because of the location.
Right now mine has 196k mile on it, and there hasn't been anything done to it that absolutely had to be done. It will go the 5k mile oil change interval without needing to add any (it's usually down about half a quart at that point). I drive it on long road trips on a regular basis and never think twice about it.
For that money you might find one with 170k miles on it, but not a clean one owner with good documentation. The timing belt replacement is the one big dollar item that you absolutely want to make sure is up do date, and many times you don't know if it's actually been done, or someone just slapped a sticker on it that says it's been done.
