Thinking about picking up a second 4Runner for the wife.

We initially bought a 2010 SR5 4X4 with 3RD row for the family and the wife was using it. I have since lifted and changed wheels and have many more plans for the future. We currently have over 80K miles. Now it is so awesome looking that I can't give it back to the wife.
I found a 2010 Limited 2wd with sliding rear tray with 65k miles for $25k. Leather , no navi, and only a 5 Seater. would be more family driver. What do you guys think of the price?

Is that the sticker price? Even so, that's not bad at all. What kind of tires does it come with and what does the warranty cover? Also, what would be the invoice price?

its used, with retail book value of $30k, Sticker (new) is around 43k, and brand new set of Bridgestone Dueler HT which is Stock for 20" limited wheels.
