One more Question do i need to get more senors for the tpms??
Or can i even do that???? Thanks for the help

You can either transfer the ones on your stock rims over to the new rims or you can get a second set. The truck can recognize two sets of TPMS.

Where are they located on stock wheels and how are they attached

It's located on the rim and a part of the valve stem assembly. If you remove the air cap, you'll notice what looks like a nut and sleeve (on the left in the pic below) over the valve stem. That's what holds the valve stem and sensor on the rim. If you remove that nut/sleeve, the sensor will drop inside the tire and the tire will most likely need to be unmounted from the rim to reinstall the sensor. Someone posted a picture/diagram of the sensor before, but I can't find it.

The 4Runner's TPMS looks similar to this one below,

Does anyone know how much a new set would cost? And can they be used on any wheel??? Thanks for the help

IIRC, members say they're a $100 for each plus programming. So you're probably looking at $500 for an extra set.

Found them for ~$74 at TRDparts4u.com.

If the second set is installed and programmed, you should not get a light. I don't recall what the scenerio is for flashing and steadily lit, either the sensors are missing or tire pressure is low.

You can run your second set of wheels without the sensors. The light will either come on or flash. I think members said it take a few miles before the light gets triggered and when their wheels with the sensors are stored in the garage near the truck, the light goes off.

With no sensors the light will flash, which means there is some type of error (missing sensors). Solid means to check one of the tires.

I use 265 50 R20 Toyo's with my set of 20's.

As far as the sensors I left my spare in place and I guess the sensor in that keeps it from flashing.
