Thinking of painting it all body color

Body color paint all the silver trim (front, roof rack, back):

Also thinking about powercoating the wheels black, but not completely sold since it's a gunmetalish color already.

I would leave the front bumper piece silver. It would look nice black but stone chips will be a lot less noticeable on silver rather than the black.

No problem. There is a difference between the rack as is it, and the glossy color to match the factory color. Good luck, but if you do ever want to sell your silver rack let me know.

Man that looks so awesome, I should do that to my rims and then just get some 33's.. lol


But I'm telling you man, it would look 1000x better with the blacked out headlights, also 5% tint on all rear windows, 20% on the front, niteshade the tail lights or upgrade to the 06+ LED tails, and black out the emblems! Those are just my suggestions to what I would do next if I were in your shoes! :bigok:

shucks, you should have left the gunmetal rims. those are the best rims the 4R came in.

your headlights are way too bright now. I think you should take that offer up and blacken those out as well. Looks weird without it.

then again, us Hawaiians see things in different lights and perspectives...=)

Other than that, looks..........black.

naw i'm seriously cool with the setup as is. i'm done. it's a damn 4runner.

$1900!!!!! sounds like someone got owned, the rims should cost $40-$60 each to powdercoat, about $120 each for the front and rear piece and no more than $400 for the rack

but hey whaeva it looks good, but the stock headlights need to go hahaha
