Good luck with that! These days that's kinda' like saying "I make an effort not to breath air whenever I can..". I definitely understand the sentiment, but the reality is such that our country imports so heavily from there, the time and money required to find and purchase an American-made alternative to everyday items would wear out Uncle Sam himself after a while.

Well, I didn't say I would buy only 'made in the USA'...I make an effort NOT to buy 'made in china'.

My phone is made in Korea.
My truck is made in Japan.
and my shoes are made in the USA (New Balance)

Yeah, agreed. I like to avoid items manufactured in China whenever possible.
