Those with led turn signals for front and rear?

What have you guys used for LED turn signals for front turns and rear tails? I have 96-98 bumper lenses and 01-02 style taillights. The last time I did this, it caused abs lights on the dash, and I don't want to seal with adding resistors. I think LED amber lights in front/rear would be better than incandescent lights, but never found an led that would work right.

Personally, I upgrade everything with Diode Dynamics leds. However, I decided not to change the turns because the gen 5 lights are honestly quite bright, but also because of the hyper flash. I know some manufacturers make harnesses that will correct this so you don't need to wire in resistors, however, they tend to be quite generic. I ordered a set off eBay and they weren't even close to being able to fit my Runner. After I'd filed off basically all the tabs and it still didn't fit, I sent them back for a refund and gave up. Let us know what you figure out!

Naturally you need a LED rated flasher relay when you have LED turn signals installed, but you didn't say anything about hyperflash, and maybe its messing something else up. Not sure if you've installed the relay, but available at Autozone and easy to install.

I thought of running LED's, but I too don't want to deal with an abs light, I've wondered about patching in an incandescent bulb but I just want plug and play. About using them for turn signals and such, I've done LED turns in another truck and just used a trailer flasher to combat the hyper flash. was cheap and it worked.
 
Well, the led taillights I sell already have built in resistors, no issues there. But I just want to match the turn signal and thought it would be cool. I've read about the flasher swap somewhere on here. I think they're only like $15. I guess that would be the easiest way.

I was working with a manufacturer that said they were working on LEDS with built in resistors to work for Toyota's, so flasher wasn't needed, then I could offer those, as it's easier to just plug right in, without having to change anything, but they never did it.
 
I ran the EP35 flasher when I had LED's. However, I was not happy at the speed they were flashing at. It was just flashing slightly faster than the OEM flasher which is why I yanked it and reverted to incandescent.

I'm planning to go with this flasher as well. Just have no motivation now to wrench on my truck in the cold.

That's decent... Is was night and day difference over incandescent, yea? Looks bright in the video.

Sorry for the late reply! Yeah, the bulbs were definitely brighter than the incandescent, it was just the speed at they were flashing that was bothering me. I still have the LEDs with me. I just need to get the right relay. I think I may go with the one Tyler James is using.

So what's the exact type of resistor needed. Any link?
