Thoughts on this 3rd gen for sale?

Hey all, What do you think of this 3rd gen, I have not seen it in person yet because its a 3-4 hour drive for me. My only real concern before I take the drive is the rust on the frame. Carfax says it lived in the east coast for about 5 years at the start of its life, then over to CA. UPDATE Found another one: 1999 Highlander (I think) - 175k miles - $9999 - Could be rust free, CA only - 4x4 - AutoCheck: https://www.cars.com/ajax/coreshoppingsupportapi/1.0/listing/vhr/680600114?linklocation=results - Pictures Details: - 2002 4x4 Sport - Asking price: $9999 - 147k Miles - Pictures: https://goo.gl/photos/mBEtUqKH6GPphmw16 - Carfax Link: https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?partner=DCS_0&vin=JT3HN86R820366904 Its more than I want to pay for sure, but seems relatively clean except for the rust issue, and its got low miles. Honest opinions, go! Thanks for taking a look :)

Too much money! There's more rust on that rear diff than mine. Those door digs are retarted. I make sure the belts are retracted before closing the door! LOL
