ticking noise

I was on lunch today and fired my truck up to check out under the hood make sure belts looked okay yadda yadda, anyways I noticed a ticking sound and thought my valves needed to be adjusted now. Turns out its coming from the evap box I'm guess a solenoid because when I unplug it the sound goes away.
Has anyone else gotten this sound? Fix it somehow? Now that I notice its there I can hear it in the truck and it kind of bothers me.

I'm pretty sure it's coming from the charcoal canister. I have the same tick. I remember reading somewhere on here that's what it was.
