Looking for confirmation on the correct insert size for a time-sert insert for a stripped spark plug hole on a 5VZ-FE. I measure 15mm (0.600", part number 44129) from the washer to the last thread, but from the little info i have found, the 16.8mm insert (0.660", part number 44111) seems to be used in many toyota applications.
I really dont want to thread the wrong length insert into the newly cut threads, so a little confirmation on which is the correct insert would be greatly appreciated. If you have done this before and remember what insert you used let me know.
