Timing Belt Position During Change

I've been looking at guides on how to change the timing belt, and there seems to be disagreement on what position everything should be when it is removed. On the crankshaft, there is a 0-10 marker, and some people say to put it on the zero. Other say to put it on the peg to the right of the zero. What timing markers should I be using?

I have done the TB a couple times using the Factory Service Manual step-by-step without a problem but it doesn't say anything about a 0 or 10 marker for the crankshaft. I attached the FSM steps in case you don't have one.
