timing belt replace, now vsc and atrac light come on.

I changed my timing belt yesterday and got it all back together. Just cranked it this morning for the first time and took it for a drive. It seems to run fine but I have a Check Engine code and VSC and ATRAC lights come on a couple seconds after startup. I did some searches, couldn't come up with the right situation. Any ideas? Did I just leave something unplugged?

It's a 2001 six cylinder, 4x4, SR5.

It's a 2001 six cylinder, 4x4, SR5.

Start by pulling the code and finding out what it is. Take the truck to any auto parts store, and they will pull the code for you. Not a lot of things that can be left unplugged when doing a timing belt (Cam sensor, crank sensor, maybe AC if you remove the pump) so chances are its A. Unrelated or B. one of those sensors has failed

Thanks for the advice! After having let the car sit for about 20 minutes and waiting patiently for your response I got up to drive the car to the local autozone. I cranked the truck, no check engine, no vsc lights (after initial crank). I went inside to tell the wife I was off and get her Wendy's order, went back out to truck, still no lights. I put it in reverse, back out of driveway, no lights. Drive to the autozone, still no lights. Go to Wendy's sit in drive-through, get food, drive home still no lights. Apparently I fixed it!
