Tiny Speakers on front bumpers? WTF?

The speakers on the front bumper are for the optional PA feature only found on JDM Surf models.

Okay now that I had my smart @$$ remark I have to agree with Nelson on his post. Most of us on here are mechanically savy but we have to remember there are alot of people in this world that are not. Also describing the covers for the fog light holes is a pretty accurate description since they do have the dimples in them and look like speaker grills. If he had posted what are the round things on my bumper most if not all of us would have asked for a better description or picture.

OP- I hope you took the comments with the sense of humor they were meant with as we are a tight group with lots of knowledge. Hope to see you post more and learn more about your vehicle.

I was gonna say "deer whistles"...

That's exactly what I was thinking! When I bought my 'Runner used a long while ago, the previous owner had installed those on the front. I actually pulled them off 'cause they looked kind of dorky. I just thought about them the other night when I had a low speed impact with a herd of deer. Luckily the two deer that hit the deck got back up and ran away. Even luckier, I was going slowly enough when I smacked 'em that my center guard took the impact and I didn't wrinkle my 'Runner.

those are like air chanelling vents on the bumpers that like,direct fresh air into the cabin via tweeter grill/air channeling ports....those are like ultra rare and like very sought after-only works like above 105 mph.
havent like seen them in person.....can you kindly like post a picture?
