Tire balance #'s ?'s

I have Toyota LX450 wheels with 285/75r16 ST maxx tires. I recently noticed that I had no weights on the front wheels inside or outside. Thinking I must have thrown a weight on the last wheeling trip I took the front two in for balance. I asked the guy to note his findings. As I got there right before they closed this is what was in my tires and I don't really know what to make of it. There is definitely some weight on it know, I'm by sure I trust this again. I'll have to call later.. Thanks

Ok, that's the amount of weight (in ounces) they put on each side of each tire.
