Folks,
Been a while since I was on here (moved, got married, etc) but I'm back. Still have my 2004 SE, 102k miles and counting. I'm now in Boston, MA and decided to retire my old SE rims (they're almost 8 years old) to be with my snow tires (picked up the new Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V1 tires, and of course no snow this year!). It's almost time to get the snow tires off, so I'm planning ahead now. I'm either getting the Revo2's or a set of Nitto TG's (that part is still to be decided). I'm also shopping around to pick up either a newer set of SE rims or a set off of an FJ Cruiser (my preference, I think).
Once I do all that, I'll need to get another set of tire pressure sensors. I'm aware that I don't *have* to, but I want to. I don't feel like pulling the fuse, and I don't want a piece of tape on my dash covering up the light, nor do I want the light constantly on in my face, it drives me nuts. I'm willing to spend the money to do it right. Anyone have any recommendations on where to pick up another set for a good price? I know they usually run a few hundred dollars.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me! And if you want to give me feedback on the age-old tire debate, feel free. I've spent quite a few hours on here in the last few weeks reading up on everyone's impressions with the newest tires.
