Tire question (just to be clear)

Will I be able to fit 285/85/16 MT on my 01 4Runner with a 3 inch lift. I will primarily be driving around town and just going mudding. In the other threads when people say they are scrubbing is that just when they are off-road or making hard turns in town? Thanks for the help

Yes.

And yes you will rub at full turns.

Wheel spacers may help.

Don't forget your:
panhard drop or bar
extended brake lines
extended parking brake bracket
extended sway bar end links
diff drop

Expect:
20% + gas mileage loss
Power / Acceleration loss
If you get a flat tire, your stock spare won't work

Alright I would get wheel spacers, I think they look good but I heard they're bad on your ball joints so I won't be getting them but on like 90 degree turns will it be fine?

Holy crap, this kid (I know he's 15, even though he's chosen to now hide his age) is still deciding on tires? As we mentioned in your last 46 threads, yes, 33's will work with a 3" lift. Yes they will rub, unless you're aggressive with the pinch weld. Next ..

I spent $2,500 in parts (Total Chaos UCAs, FOX rear shocks, all the bells) alone for my suspension setup + $1000 in labor + alignment

I talked to the guy at my local off-road shop yesterday and he said I could probably run 33s but I just wanted to clarify on here with people that have experience with 4runners
