Strange...i have had BFG AT KO for a long time and i live in a city that rains (and floods) often enough...no issues with BFG in rain...but then again, i am a careful driver in the rain and know that my SUV is a body-on-frame SUV, not a sports car. In fact, i can't even remember the last time that my stability control activated in the rain.

Looks cool whipkiller. You can also use Photobucket to upload pictures. A lot of times it works better than the one on here.

well im on the fence right now as weather i should get the Nitto terra grapplers or the Yoko Geolander at-s
price wise is an obvious issue, but any other suggestions....
and if i step up from the 265/70/16 to the 265/75/16 does that mean the tire will be wider, or taller? will they still fit on the factory 16 inch wheel properly? and will i have any rubbing issues?

they will be 5% taller. as per the tire specs on tirerack.comSilverBullet01 said:

nice, and i do love the bfg's but for the price, i wont be off road enough.

If you like a more aggressive tire, i think you should probably get the terragrapplers. I have always loved the sidewalls of those tires. I think the geolanders look like more of an all season tire.(which is strictly my opinion)SilverBullet01 said:

I think you need to just size up what kind of driving you will be doing the most. If AT's don't handle rain well and that's what you see the most, it really doesn't make a lot of sense safety wise to buy them.

well rain driving inst a big issue for me, i mean, what happens happens when im driving, its all about how i react.
im just looking for something that looks aggressive, handles well overall in every situation mainly including street, dirt, mud, and rock, and will last me. so i figure the nitto is the winner imo for the price

there is a sticky at the top of the page that is labled TR4 picture gallery, that is a good place to start. most pics list their mods, including tires, and lift(or lack there of)
