Get a calculator out and...

285mm wide/50%aspect ratio/20inch rim size.

50% of 285 =142.5mm... The width of the tire is approx 285mm. The sidewall height is about 50% of the width at 142.5mm.

To get overall height take 142.5 x 2 (top and bottom of tire on a rim)= 285mm. 285/25.4 puts it into inches and that # is 11.22". Now add the rim diameter and you get 31.22" as an overall tire diameter. So depending on backspace/offset I'd say that tire would fit. In general up to 32" seems to fit a 4th gen T4R with no issues.

Now each tire manufacturer measures a little differently, the tire 'settles' with the weight of the vehicle etc but that method is how it's done and it get's you pretty close. Tirerack.com has a FAQ section that will explain all that better than I can...
