tires - free replacement

my 2010 4runner limited has 23000 miles and tires are shot. According to manufacturer warranty they cover tires for 3 years with free replacement if the tread is 2/32 . did anybody had this issue? I'm the original owner of the vehicle. I have bridgestone duelers

I had 16k on mine when I sold them, they looked very close to new! I drive 'hard' too, wonder what is going on with yours?!

what do your tires measure? 2/32 on all 4?

I had 30K on mine when I replaced them. Had enough to make it through the summer but changed anyway.

Do you mind me asking what you got for your used Duelers? Mine have only 5000 on them and I'm looking to swap them out for some all terrains.

working with bridgestone on replacement or prorate the tires. The only problem is as I just find out that there is no warranty on original tires ( bull ****), but rep from bridgestone said to go to authorized bridgestone dealer and have them read the tire tread and give them a cal with case number(issued from bridgestone) and he will do something for me. Let you know what happens.
