Tires Rubbing... where to grind?

So, I have the stock wheels on my 4runner and I added 1.25" spacers with 265/75R16 Hankook DynaPro ATMs and no lift. I rub when I'm at full lock or close to full lock, it's not bad and doesn't seem to be causing any damage to the tires of the truck, but I don't want to lift the truck, and I love the way it looks. I cut some bits that were hooking off of the bumper, replaced some bolts that had heads that stuck out to far with flat alternatives and it doesn't hit any of that at the moment, but it appears that it rubs on what feels like a pinch weld behind the fender liner. I originally bought a heat gun and tried to move the plastic back, but hit the bit that feels like the weld.

I'm wondering if anyone has better advice as to what to do or grind at this point...

I refuse to listen to my wife and 'Just remove the damn wheel spacers'. This is happening. Help me prove to her that being blessed with the divine gift of being ridiculously stubborn and having access to power tools can overcome even the most logical option!

A quick search found....im sure there is some good info. on the site already. If these dont show it....cut plastic and bend sheet metal before grinding IMO.

Looked through that list, can't seem to find what I need, though the third link has some info.

It's my spacers that are the issue, but I'm not sure what that equates out to with tire or wheel size... so, just trying to see if someone else has had a similar issue.

Spacers increase the scrub radius. In this case, it acts like you have 'bigger' tires than you do.

Pull that fender liner back, pound down the pinch weld then reshape the fender liner... Then see if you are still rubbing.

If you really want to make sure you have no rubbing, you will need to pull the front shocks, disconnect the swaybar and check through your whole suspension travel and turning radius. Nobody can tell you exactly what will rub through the internet...

No way. Just get SPC uppers and push the caster forward. Problem solved. lol

Pound the pinch weld before you buy anything...well, maybe a can of undercoating after you go to work with the BFH.
