I have a 99 TR4 with 2007 TR4 rims (17"). Came with 265/65/17 tires. Question is will a size 265/70/17 fit without any rubbing and without doing a lift?

I recently switched to a similar set-up with split spoke Tundra/Sequoia 17's. The 265/70/R17 will fit fine for normal day to day driving without rubbing. They will rub slightly at full suspension flex if you plan on going off-road (with stock suspension). So, if you don't plan on doing much off-roading they will be fine.

On my 99 I went to a 245/75/17 Goodyear Wrangler Dura Trac on 2011 17/7 4Runner wheel, same backspacing as stock 16" wheel, plenty of clearance with no lift. Also these wheels clear the 2005 Tundra brake upgrade.
