TIS for Door Edge Guards and Mud Guards

I ordered both of these kits from a Toyota online retailer. Both boxes came with a note that a TIS is available from the dealer. I realize this should be a straightforward install, but would like the official instructions. Any way to get these without groveling at the dealer?
