TIS Techstream in Canada issue?

So, I've been butting my head againstteh wall for awhile now. I got have a TIS techstream v7.31.003 and I can't register the software. The software is designed to register to toyota TIS site but my keeps failing. I'm thinking that it is becasue I'm in canada and not US wheere the website is based out of. I know that Canada has there own website where they get registered. Anyone have the same issue?

No, most get the hacked version off Ebay or Amazon that doesn't need to be registered. I can send you the program called Tiskey to make it work if you PM me with your email addy.
