Too much gas and no power!

Fellas, I have a 1995 SR5 4Runner 2WD with a 3.0 V6 that is getting about 5 miles to the gallon with no guts at all when the CHECK ENGINE light comes on. The code is reading 52, even after we replaced the knock sensor. So far, we have replace the knock and O2 sensors, pulled the plugs,which were all in good shape...but one was real clean, so then we replaced the fuel injector for the lean plug. Now, I don't know what to do. I'm frustated! I'm guessing it is the computer. any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How old is the fuel filter? I've noticed right around a year after changing my fuel filter, milage starts to decline, change out the filter and it goes back to where I usually average.

Also what's the timing at?

Fuel filter is new. And timing is at 8 above.

Last time I had low power/performance and poor MPG, it was the MAF sensor.
This was not a Toyota though.
