I took off the inside plastic, and now the clips don’t hold it in when the hatch is open, and the black trim that guides the window is seemingly not wanting to stay put. Is there a good video that shows that getting installed/reinstalled? Or do I need to order new push in clips?
Took my rear hatch apart to install backup camera, now it’s wonky

Sounds like you don't have the window sweep/seal seated all the way and it causing the panel clips to be pulled out of alignment from their holes.
Correct. Does that black sweep/seal attach to the metal hatch first, and then snap on the panel clips?

Yes. It slides over the hatch edge and then drops down a little and then the clips should hold it and the inner pull strap bolt will line up. If the window is down it should almost fall into place
