Towing with U-HAUL Auto Transporter

Does anyone tow with U-HAUL Auto Transporter with their vehicle?
I was wondering if anybody used some sort of Weight Distribution System with it?
When you do relatively heavy towing the front end of the vehicle raise as rear sags under the tongue weight of the trailer. I looked on the web on what can be used as weight distribution and there are many options. On u-haul website it's not mentioned either anything about use of the weight distribution.
Any personal experience and feedback is much appreciated.

With any towing the tongue weight should only be about 10% of the weight. Too much and you will squat, to less and your 4runner will be very squirrely. You just need to position the weight on the trailer properly ( front to rear )

With U-HAUL Auto Transporter it's only one position, fully forward as it has front wheel tie-downs and ratchets...

Seems this is no different than any other trailer towing subject, about which there are many threads.

Biggest issues I see are the 5000# tow rating (including the trailer) and the tongue weight. The former should be easy to calculate, and the latter not so much without the vehicle on the trailer.

As said, wrong tongue weight has detrimental effects whether too much or too little. Air bags would help with the former. If the latter, and you can't move the vehicle on the trailer, then the tail is going to wag the dog. (NOT good).

It's good to check your tongue weight, but not resolving the case of lowering the tongue weight, plus it's an expensive add-on at $300...

Never towed one with a 4Runner, but did tow one with my old suburban for 1000+ miles. It hauled great- better than many other car trailers I've towed.
